You can also take a cooking class, and learn to make these dishes yourself! There are many options, most are reasonable priced and well reviewed.

Another option for cooling down at the end of a long day exploring, is to take a local yoga class! A more unique experience is to visit the honeybees, farmed by the locals! Beekeeping is practiced in some parts of the area. Visit these honeybees to see how the farmers harvest their produce, and run a sustainable business! Some local companies even offer tours for these sites.

Or, even more unique, you could spend the day on top of a flooded town! That’s right, Tonle Sap is the largest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia, and is home to a ‘floating village’.
